1 - Corner route purple thing left (toward sideline
6 - Corner route purple thing right
2,3, 4, 5 - Man WR
7-9, 0, X - Deep Zone
Steps:
1: Call punt return middle
2: Have both this play, and either puntblock or something simaler in audables.
3: Take control of PR
4: Audable to punt block
5: After offense audables, audble to the above play.
6: Get ready to return 
If you want to call this as the original play
Top four on outside linebackers (should be decent at blocking. (or use the way to get TE's etc on defense)
Side guys towards bottom: whoever is left that is good at run blocking.
2, 3, 4, 5 Defensive backs (again good at run blocking
9 Punt returner |

| You can also expand this to include other plays, such as directional punt returns, if you play around with it |
