Do you remember my post from last year about my coaching job with the barrons? Well
I am back with them this year... with a less complicated offense and defemse. My playbook is done if you to look at it for madden ideas!

not to good, my offense was way to complex. this year is a complete different story. It is ,much less complex, and easy to learn. We still have the same formations as last year, but I have a better plan at installing them. Also, my mechanics are easier to call and understand. We are currently in our strength and weight training program, and all I can say is wow. We have an amazing starter (for this level) at quarterback, his name is Kurtis Sameuls. I still need a lot of help with my defense, but I shouldnt be much longer.

I am hoping that I might be able to insitall this in that new NFL head coach game. It would be cool to take the system that I know and coach and then use it in a game!
