Here's the formation:

Hint: Just edit the Splitbacks-Big or Normal formations to create this. This formation allows for many different styles of running. It's very effective for me on All-pro. It doesn't matter which side you put your HB1 or HB2.

My favorite play is 38 Power. Here are the assignments.
Left HB-Shuffle Step-Sprint RT
Right HB-Lead Wide RT
LG- Pull RT
Rest of OLine-Run Block

Analysis-
Pros:
1)Can be your base running play
2)Hole is HUGE
3)Very smooth play

Cons:
1)Kind of slow to develop
